During the pandemic we were engaged with a start up company to provide business consultancy to help support the project definition, scope, governance and analysis and feasibility of launching a new mobile first product.
We provided specialist business analysis consultancy working closely with off shore developers to define project scope, produce requirements documentation including UX wireframes and business process models to rapidly develop a suite of standards which enabled the start-up to quickly ramp up and be in a position to understand the feasibility of their product proposition. Our services were pivotal in driving the project forward from initiation and took them out from a ‘chaotic silo’ state to an actual organised and manageable phased project which had defined project stages and measurable outputs which formed the basis for effective project management delivery.
